If you had the chance to interview a real life music star for this magazine, who would you choose and why?
If I had the chance to interview a real life music star I would like to interview Alex Turner from The Arctic Monkeys. My reasons for this are that I feel he is a successful artist and his I'd like to know how he helped set up the Arctic Monkey's and how they go about photo shoots i.e: how long it takes, who directs them and where do they then get these pictures out to the world media.
The questions I would ask him would be: How much do you get paid to produce an album? Who are you funded by/ who are your sponsors? Has there ever been a time where you lost money via the media/ press? I would ask them these types of questions because I feel that this would benefit me in knowing what they in photo-shoots, if they have lost money for some reason, how they went about it? The approach my readers would want me to take would be to make Alex tell my magazine things that they didn't previously know despite them being a big fan.
